cancelOpenSupplierOrderQuantities
Cancels the outstanding quantity of every open line item of a supplier order, for when the supplier will not deliver the remainder. The outstanding quantity leaves the incoming stock so demand planning can reorder, while the ordered quantity, the line prices and the order total stay unchanged; once nothing is open any more the order settles to DELIVERED on its own. The cancelled quantity is never given: whatever is open at the moment of the call is cancelled, and an order with nothing open is left untouched. Prefer this over lowering an ordered quantity, which falsifies the order document. A supplier order without an approved goods receipt has received nothing, so cancelling its remainder would mark the whole order as one the supplier never delivered: the mutation fails with CONFLICT there, and cancelling the supplier order is the right action instead.
